ADVANCED APPLICATION
FIMARK provides technical spray painting on metals and plastics for interior and functional components across automotive, aerospace and other manufacturing environments. Semi-robotic spraying and advanced automatic spray systems are used to achieve consistent, repeatable paint application, supported by tightly controlled temperature, humidity and air filtration conditions.
PROCESS
A wide range of single-pack and two-pack coating systems are applied, selected to suit the component, substrate and performance requirements. Many parts require multiple paint layers, each applied and cured in sequence. Every stage of the process is monitored to ensure accurate layer build, coverage and consistency.
QUALITY CONTROL
Quality control is maintained from receipt of components through to final packaging. Coating thickness, finish quality and visual consistency are checked and recorded throughout the process to meet the high visual and tactile standards expected of interior and high-value components.
