Fimark specialises in the manufacture of backlit buttons, switches and fascias for aerospace interiors and industrial control applications.

Working closely with moulders and first-tier suppliers, we combine technical spray painting with precision laser etching to produce components that are visually consistent, functionally durable and built to the standards aerospace and industrial programmes demand. The effective illumination of switches, panels and fascias in daylight and under night-time conditions has become increasingly important as manufacturers look to enhance the passenger experience and reinforce brand identity.
 
Fimark paints and laser etches switches and panels in a variety of colours, supporting halo lighting effects and concealed graphics that only appear when illuminated. We work directly with moulders and first-tier suppliers to ensure every finished component meets the precise visual and functional requirements of each programme.
 
These components require very close control of paint thickness and finish, and positional accuracy of the laser-etched graphic, both of which are central to Fimark’s process capability.
