FIMARK offers subcontract technical spray painting of plastics to automotive interior and mobile phone industry standards. Moulded plastic components have not until quite recently been widely decorated. Certain industries like the mobile phone industry paint plastics as the standard pigments and finishes of moulded components are considered unsatisfying. By painting components the full range of colours, soft feels and metallics can be used to add aesthetic appeal to components.

Semi-robotic spraying and the latest automatic spray guns are used to give consistent paint coverage. Close control of the painting environment is maintained in terms of temperature, humidity and air replacement filtration. FIMARK has experience of a range of single pack and 2 pack paints from different manufacturers. Strict quality control and inspection are maintained.
